Informationen zu den „Miet mich!“ Tragen
Deine „Miet mich!“ Tragehilfe wird am Bestelldatum versendet. Der Mietbeginn ist das Datum der Paketannahme. Bespiel: du bestellst am 08.10., am 10.10. kommt das Paket bei dir an. Dein Mietmonat geht vom 10.10. bis 10.11.
Die monatliche Mietgebühr beträgt 19,-€ und wird mit der Kaution verrechnet. Du startest also mit einem „Guthaben“ von 49,-€. So erhältst du z.B. 11,-€ rückerstattet, wenn du eine „Miet mich!“ Trage nach einer Mietdauer von 2 Monaten fristgerecht zurückgesendet hast. Es gilt das Datum der Paketabgabe, nutze als Nachweis deswegen immer versicherten Versand.
Eine Woche bevor dein „Guthaben“ aufgebraucht ist senden wir dir eine neue Rechnung über 49,-€ zu, die sofort zu begleichen ist. Auch dieser Betrag wird wieder gegengerechnet. So kannst du die „Miet mich!“ Trage auch länger als zwei Monate mieten.
Für den „Miet mich!“ Service können wir leider keinerlei Versandkosten übernehmen oder zurück erstatten. Die üblichen 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht entfallen bei dem „Miet mich!“ Service.
Muss/ darf ich die Miettrage waschen?
Unsere Miettragen werden immer frisch gewaschen versendet. Um das Material zu schonen und „falsches Waschen“ zu vermeiden, wasche die Trage bitte nicht selbst.
Sollte ein kleines Missgeschick passieren, reinige die betreffende Stelle bitte vorsichtig (kein Rubbeln) mit einem feuchten (Wasser) Tuch. Reicht dies nicht aus, nimm bitte Kontakt mit uns auf.
Kann ich auch mehrere Miettragen gleichzeitig bestellen?
Ja, du kannst mehrere Miettragen gleichzeitig ausprobieren. Jede Trage wird separat abgerechnet.

- Der Mieter verpflichtet sich zum sachgerechten Gebrauch des gemieteten Produktes. Die Nutzung des Produktes erfolgt eigenverantwortlich. Vor jedem Gebrauch ist das Produkt auf Unversehrtheit zu prüfen, die beigelegten Anleitungen sind vor Gebrauch sorgfältig zu lesen.
- Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, das Produkt auf Vollständigkeit und Mängelfreiheit zu überprüfen.
- Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, das Produkt ordnungsgemäß und schonend zu behandeln. Insbesondere die der Lieferung beigelegten Pflegehinweise sind unbedingt einzuhalten. Abänderungen am Produkt dürfen nicht vorgenommen werden.
- Das gemietete Produkt bleibt Eigentum von Helden-Tragen. Der Verleih / die Überlassung an Dritte ist nur nach vorheriger Zustimmung gestattet.
- Der Mietzeitraum beginnt mit dem Datum der Zustellung und endet mit dem Datum der Rücksendung (Sendungsnachweis) bzw. Rückgabe.
- Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, das Produkt ordnungsgemäß zurückzusenden.
- Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, das Produkt in vollem Lieferumfang zurückzusenden. Verloren gegangene Verpackungen, Beutel, Anleitungen oder ähnliches werden in Rechnung gestellt und sofort von der Kaution abgezogen.
